SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

 

Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $100

 

A flat-rate fee of $9.95 for all orders under $100

 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and tracking details will be provided. If you do not receive your tracking details 3 days after you have placed your order, please email info@withlovepoppyrose.com

 

All products dispatched within 1-3 Days of order.

Due to COVID-19 and the Christmas period, please allow additional time for your orders to be delivered. 

 

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

 

 

We offer free Click and Collect in Sydney. 

 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email to arrange a time to collect your order. 

 

Please have the confirmation email of your order ready for collection, along with ID. 

 

STOLEN PARCELS

 

 

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Poppy Rose is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, we offer refunds or store credit subject to the following conditions: 

 

  • The item must be returned in original condition, with the original packaging. If the item does not meet these requirements, your item will be returned to you with an additional charge and no refund will be provided.

 

Earrings

 

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for earrings. 

 

SALE ITEMS

 

  • Sale items are only eligible for a store credit. 

  • A full-priced item purchased with a promotional code is eligible for a refund or gift card as long as it meets the returns policy guidelines. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

Whilst we do our best to ensure you receive the highest quality, if you are concerned that your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at info@withlovepoppyrose.com with your order number and images of the fault and we would be happy to assist.
